Location was excellent, near a l-shaped square, staff was HELPFUL but we didn't see much of them. Everything here was great; would stay here again.

Exceptionally comfortable room, exceptional view, super friendly staff. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a refrigerator and a coffeemaker, bathtubs. The apartment was reasonably spacious and featured reasonably large bathroom. We made own meals in a fully equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to bargello national museum...
